Learn how to build a beautiful charcuterie board at one of our public or private workshops. In a fun, group environment, participants learn hand-on tips and tricks for building a visually balanced and tasty board. All ingredients and accessories will be provided for each participant. Participants get to take home the board they have assembled.

Our Private Charcuterie Styling workshops range from beginner to intermediate - learn a new skill while you sip, snack, and mingle with your favorite people, community, friends or family.

 FAQs

  • The individual ticket is $95 per person. You will leave class with a complete charcuterie board ready to share. You will receive all the ingredients needed to assemble and package the board: assortment of cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, crackers, nuts, jam, and accompaniments. We will also lend you all the tools you will be using to prepare and style your board: various knives, individual slicing boards, and other trays and packaging to use during the class. Finally, we will provide you with a box to safely store and transport your board home.

  • 1-1.5 hours.

  • You will receive a disposable palm leaf 10x10 tray to arrange your charcuterie ingredients on as well as a kraft bakery box with a display window to easily package and transport your charcuterie arrangement with you.

  • The workshop ticket does not include alcoholic beverages. At their discretion, a private host may provide beverages, and/or participants may bring their own beverage of choice. Please note, some venues prohibit outside alcoholic beverages, but often either serve complimentary drinks, or will provide drinks for purchase.

  • Sharing is caring! Unfortunately, for our events, 1 ticket = 1 person per charcuterie arrangement.

  • While we are Allergen trained, the nature of preparing food at a shared commercial kitchen means our foods might come in contact with common allergens. However, we can substitute wheat crackers for gluten free, omit nuts, or meats, etc. For any specific questions email us in advance at info@grazeculture.com to inquire. By attending our workshop you therefore agree that Graze Culture LLC will not be held liable if someone has an allergic reaction after consuming foods we provided.

  • By attending our workshops, all participants agree to the following Workshop Agreement.

  • Just like tickets to a concert, our workshops are non-refundable.
