How do I place an order?

To place an order through our website: simply go to Shop in the main navigation, select the product, and submit the reservation form that is located below that product, towards the bottom of the page. We will respond and confirm your reservation within the next 24 hours.

How do I order the right product size for my event?

Scroll to the bottom of this page to see our suggested product based on the number of guests at your event.

Do you deliver? Can I pickup?

Yes – we serve 20-25 mile radius surrounding Hingham, MA for a flat $15 delivery charge. NOTE: someone must be present to receive the order during the delivery window. Pick-up is also available at no additional cost, if picked up within the delivery window provided.

Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan Options? Nut free? Meat-free?

Yes –  we can accommodate most of these requests. While we are Allergen trained, the nature of preparing food at a shared commercial kitchen means our foods might come in contact with common allergens. However, we can substitute wheat crackers for gluten free, omit nuts, or meats, etc. For any specific questions email us at info@grazeculture.com to inquire.

Do you offer workshops?

Yes – we offer private and public workshops for small groups of 10-15 or larger corporate events. Please contact us at info@grazeculture.com to discuss your group size, venue, and pricing.

Can I keep the board?

Yes – all orders are served on a disposable serving tray or food-grade box for proper handling and secure delivery. 

Should I refrigerate the board after I receive it?

To maintain the safety of food, the FDA’s 2022 Food Code recommends that ready-to-eat foods should be refrigerated at 41F, or below, until ready to consume.  We recommend you move your product to the room temperature 30 minutes before your event. It is not recommended to consume foods that have been sitting at room temperature for more than 4 hours. Past this period, any remaining ingredients should be discarded.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend at least 2-weeks notice for our boards. Additionally, we require 3-4 weeks notice for flat and elevated graze tables. For urgent orders (within 24-48 hours of your event), inquire about availability by calling 757-771-7429. A rush charge may apply.

Does Graze Culture offer coupons or discounts?

  • All year round, new clients receive $15 Off their first order with a $200 purchase. Use Code NEW15.

  • One coupon per customer. Coupons cannot be combined.

How does Boards for Heroes work?

We are beyond grateful every day to those who serve our country and community, selflessly. In honor of their sacrifices, every month, we will donate one Small Graze board (from your nominations) to one member of the Military (active, retired or veteran), Nurse, or a First Responder, on the South Shore.
