TERMS OF SERVICE

Graze Boards, Grazing Tables & Custom Orders:

- To reserve your Graze Board, Grazing Table or Custom order, 100% of the order amount is due upfront. For Grazing Tables booked more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the order is due upfront, the remaining amount is due 7 days before the event date/time. In either instance, the payment must be received for the order to be considered reserved and scheduled.

- All quotes must be approved by the client in writing before Graze Culture orders are scheduled and confirmed.

- All orders are subject to 6.25% Massachusetts Meals Tax.

Workshops:

- The total workshop fee, for at least 10 participants, must be paid at least 10 days in advance of the event (100% of the payment must be received for the workshop to be considered confirmed). All workshops are subject to 6.25% Massachusetts Meals Tax.

- All quotes must be approved by the client in writing before Graze Culture workshops are scheduled and confirmed.

- Any attendees at our workshops must follow the guidelines and agree to the following Workshop Agreement.

Gift Cards:

- Your gift card will be mailed to the recipient within 2-3 business day of the order. Please provide at least 10 day notice from. the day of the intended gift card delivery. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards have no cash value. Once purchased, the funds turn into a “credit” (in the amount it was purchased) to be used towards future online purchase at Graze Culture. The recipient must have a valid email and/or USA phone number to receive the gift card electronically. For physical card, please provide a US mailing address. Gift card balance is valid for 18 months from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers:

- Each gift voucher has an unique code that must be provided at the time of purchase on our website. Vouchers have no cash value. If the total purchase is less than the amount shown on the voucher, the remaining funds will become a “available credit” on the account which can be used at a later date (and up until the voucher’s expiration). Total available voucher credit expires 12 months from the date of the original voucher receipt. 10-day minimum notice required for all bookings. Please inquire 10-14 days in advance during major holidays. Vouchers and coupon codes cannot be combined.

Delivery & Pickups:

- Pickup is FREE. We currently serve 20-25 mile radius surrounding Hingham, 02043. There is a flat $15 delivery charge to all graze boards. For grazing tables and charcuterie cups, a separate fee applies to travel, setup and breakdown (if needed).

- For pickups, all orders must be picked up within the 30-min pickup window, typically provided 24 hours in advance. For last minute changes, delivery may be possible, and delivery fees will apply. If delivery is attempted but no one is present to receive the order within the delivery time-frame, or the pickup during the pickup window is not possible, the order will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

Last-minute changes to pick-up or delivery:

- For any adjustments by the client, within 24 hours leading to the scheduled pickup/delivery times, you must contact us via info@grazeculture.com and call 757-771-7429. If we are able to accommodate your request and adjust the pickup/delivery times, the change fees may apply. However, due to the nature of using a shared commercial kitchen space, and limited time blocks available, we cannot guarantee that your order can be completed. In this case, your order may default to a “Cancelation”. Please note our Cancellations & Refunds section below.

Note on Florals & Greenery:

- Floral or greenery is occasionally used for decor. Please note, decorations should never been consumed. By placing your order you therefore agree that no one in your party will consume any floral or greenery decorations. Graze Culture LLC will not be held liable if someone has an adverse reaction after consuming floral or greenery decorations.

Note on Allergies:

While we are Allergen trained, the nature of preparing food at a shared commercial kitchen means our foods might come in contact with common allergens. However, we can substitute wheat crackers for gluten free, omit nuts, or meats, etc. For any specific questions email us at info@grazeculture.com to inquire. By placing your order you therefore agree that Graze Culture LLC will not be held liable if someone has an allergic reaction after consuming foods we provided.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Boards, Grazing Tables, Workshops & Custom Orders:

- All graze board orders canceled 10+ days prior to delivery/pickup date will receive a full refund in the amount that was paid to Graze Culture. Exceptions are Grazing Tables, Workshops and Custom Orders: these will receive 100% credit towards a future order. 

- Graze board orders canceled 3-9 days prior to delivery/pickup date will receive 50% credit towards a future order.

- Graze board orders canceled within 48 hours from delivery/pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

- If Graze Culture cancels for any reason, 100% of the payment will be refunded within 2 business days.

- Gift cards are final sale.

TRAVEL & SETUP FEE (if applicable)

Grazing Tables & Custom Orders:

- The travel and setup fee will be calculated based on the final, mutually agreed-upon theme, decor, and event location. All quotes must be approved by the client in writing before Graze Culture orders are scheduled and confirmed.

COMMUNICATION

- Graze Culture uses SMS text messaging and email communication to provide project estimates and client invoices. Clients can unsubscribe from Text messaging by emailing info@grazeculture.com at any time.
